Make sure you mute your computer. Tons of feedback from elevator and not sure why :)
There was a early train and lots of walking. Kim's uncle gave us the grand walking tour before meeting up with his wife for a lovely outdoor dinner :) We also did the Heineken experience. It was interesting. See the slide show below for pics :) I am about to upload 2 videos and post them. The worlds smallest elevator (well, that I have ever seen) and the band that was playing on our way back to the hotel. Our last day in Paris was sent at Disneyland. It was a pretty good time. Can't feel my feet. Actually, I can, and they hurt. There were several attractions not offered in Disneyworld. I know I shouldn't be that excited, but what can I say. I am a kid at heart. Most of you know this already. Tomorrow we board the Euro Train to head back to Amsterdam. We have the afternoon/night there to celebrate Kim's birthday (which is Friday) and then start our journey back to the states Friday. I can not wait to get home. DVR. Couch. Couch. DVR. Couch. Sleep. Work. Football. That will be my plan for the weekend. Wow. Paris is pretty cool. I am not really a history buff so I can not go into details on all the history. We took a hop-on/hop-off tour bus. Pretty effective. We hit all the major spots. Took the elevators to the very top of the Eiffel Tower. We took the stairs back down. We had dinner at a place next to our hotel. That was delicious. I am not one for many written words so see below for pictures! (Click Read More)
For the next few days, we will be in Paris. Tomorrow we will tour several landmarks. I am reallllly excited. Very few pictures today. Took the Euro Train from Amsterdam. Dear America, ditch Amtrak. We are staying right next to a college in Paris. The 'lift' for the hotel is quiet the sight! Keep tuned for a video soon. Lesson #17: Mopeds, Mopeds, Mopeds.
